This 60-minute coach-led class is designed to build functional strength through purposeful, full body movements that translate to everyday life. Whether you’re lifting groceries, playing with your kids, or chasing performance goals, this class helps you move better, feel stronger, and improve coordination.
Expect a focus on proper technique, progressive overload, and balanced muscle development in a supporting and motivating environment. All fitness levels are welcome -our coaches will guide and challenge you safely and effectively, wherever you’re starting from!
